Extractor Vent Valve Assembly The Extractor Vent Valve
Assembly positions and allows for easy removal of float vent valves in
underground storage tank vent lines. In addition to vapor recovery
applications, the valve can also be used to manifold underground tank lines. The
valve features a rust resistant epoxy coated cast iron body and standard
4" inlet and outlet, with a variety of side port sizes available. The
Model 510 includes PEMCO Model 520 Extractor Fitting and the Model 510LC
does not include PEMCO Model 520 Extractor Fitting. Click

Extractor Fitting
A fitting which is used to
hold the Model 515 Float Vent Valve in the Model 510 Extractor Vent Valve
Assembly. The fitting features a bronze body and plated steel pin.

Test Plug During tank testing, the Model
520 Extractor Fitting is removed from the Model 510 Extractor Vent Valve
Assembly and is replaced with the Test Plug to isolate the tank from the
vent and vapor return piping. The plug features a bronze body, plated
steel pin and a Buna-N seal.

2" Float Vent Valve
The 2" Float Vent Valve
is installed in the Model 510 Extractor Vent Valve Assembly to help
prevent product mixing in manifolded underground tank lines. The valve
also serves as an overfill protection device, that complies with the EPA's
90% capacity fill restriction. When product reaches a predetermined level
during UST filling, the ball float rises and seats tightly against a
specially designed valve seat. This will restrict the vapor flow back to
the transport tanker, creating pressure in the UST which substantially
reduces the product drop flow and signals the attendant to stop filling
the UST. The Valve features a rust resistant epoxy coated steel body,
brass cage, stainless steel ball float and is available with 1/8" or
1/16" bleed holes.

3" Float Vent Valve
Performs in the same manner as
the Model 510 2" Float Vent Valve, except that the 3" Float Vent
Valve increases vapor flow and allows for a faster delivery. The valve,
which can be easily retro-fitted to existing installations, features a
rust resistant epoxy coated steel body, brass stem, stainless steel ball
float, a 1/8" bleed hole, and also includes PEMCO Model 520 Extractor
Fitting.
