A toggle lever top seal cap that can be locked for security, which is both water and vapor tight. The cap features an aluminum alloy body, plated steel arms, brass levers, steel pins, a Buna-N gasket and a grey rust resistant epoxy coating. Manufactured in accordance with the industry standard, this cap can be used with PEMCO or other brand top seal fill adaptors.
